Since 2007 we have committed to designing and manufacturing each-and-every Lujo product in New Zealand using skilled local craftspeople and best-in-market materials. This incurs a price premium but allows us to keep a close eye on quality and workmanship – resulting in products that will give our customers years of enjoyment, outlasting cheaper alternatives many times over.

If for any reason you receive a product you are not entirely delighted with, simply return it to us for a full refund or exchange (your choice)

FIVE-YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY
We offer a five-year product warranty across the entire Lujo range*. This covers any defects in materials or components used in production.
- Normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse and neglect
- Outdoor Rugs produced by our partner Mill in the USA come with a 3-Year Product Warranty
- Quilted bean bags have a 3-Year Product Warranty due to lower Martindale rubs (28,000) associated with quilted top stitch
LIFETIME MANUFACTURING WARRANTY
Our lifetime manufacturing warranty covers all Lujo products against deterioration or damage caused by manufacturing defects.
By definition, a manufacturing defect is a “deviation from design specifications during production resulting in a product’s defect, frailty, or shortcoming”.
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect should occur, we will work with you to resolve the issue at our cost.
FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY ON SUNBRELLA FABRICS
In the case of any deterioration or damage covered by our Life Manufacturing Warranty or Five-Year Product Warranty, we will opt to repair or replace the affected product at our discretion.
In such cases please email us advising of the issue, order number and date. If you have any photos documenting the issue please include them in your email to expedite a solution should the warranty claim is accepted
If necessary, we will request the items be returned for inspection and assessment
